Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking an NPI Manufacturing Engineer to bridge Production, Supply Chain, and Program teams, ensuring operational excellence from proposal through LRIP. You will collaborate on proposals, support manufacturing planning, PFMECA, and PRR, and partner with suppliers to establish robust SOWs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Product Engineering, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, CAD skills, and the ability to obtain an Active Secret security clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in Product Engineering or related.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Active Secret preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Support programs across the product lifecycle with a focus on emerging programs.
• Collaborate on proposals including cost, schedule, and manufacturing approaches.
• Lead manufacturing planning, PFMECA, and Production Readiness Reviews (PRR).
• Drive continuous improvement across operations, quality and delivery.
