Job summary

Molded Dimensions Manufacturing designs and manufactures engineered elastomer and urethane solutions. We’re seeking an engineer with 2–3 years of experience who thrives on problem solving, cross-functional teamwork, and getting results on the floor.

Your role includes process improvement, shop-floor troubleshooting, and leading new product introductions on the ERP platform to ensure data integrity and KPI visibility.

Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
• 2–3 years in manufacturing with strong troubleshooting, analytics, and project leadership.
• Hands-on shop-floor presence with excellent communication skills.
• ERP familiarity, IQMS preferred; comfortable with BOMs, routings, and production data.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: identify trends, analyze root causes, maintain standard work.
• Production Support: hands-on on the floor to resolve issues and improve throughput.
• New Product Introduction: support PPAPs, first articles, tooling readiness, and trials.
• Systems & Data: drive ERP data integrity; generate KPI reports; support system enhancements.
• Capital & Compliance: assist with equipment spec, installation, validation; safety and quality focus.
