• 5+ years of sourcing/procurement experience, ideally in a startup environment.
• Strong execution under pressure with clear written/oral communication, reliable follow-through, and good judgment.
• Experience building structure and processes in procurement.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily actions to clear shortages, expedite with suppliers, and protect integration timeline.
• Negotiate supplier terms and conditions and manage POs through delivery and payment.
• Track on-time delivery and reporting records; maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and operational needs.
