As an NPI Engineering Service Representative at Areté, you will provide key electro-mechanical design, drafting, assembly, and production expertise within an NPI environment. Our current opening requires a background with electronic circuit boards and harnessing. You will be responsible for assisting in development and building of highly complex electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical systems. These advanced technologies are primarily employed in maritime and aerial environments, where your expertise will contribute to our ongoing pursuit of excellence. This position is based out of our Healdsburg, CA office and is classified as a full-time, exempt, non-supervisory position.

The salary range for this entry level role is $70,000 to $85,000; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to: the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills. Level 2 (experienced) $82,000 - $100,000, Level 3 (staff) $99,000 - $118,000.
U.S. citizenship is required to meet position eligibility.
