Responsibilities

• Run root cause analysis on defects found during ramp.
• Support production teams during first builds and handoff to volume.
• Report project status, risks, and readiness to management.
• Lead new product introduction projects from prototype through production launch.
• Coordinate builds and track issues through pilot and validation runs.
• Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation and work instructions.
• Work with design and quality teams to resolve production problems.
• Develop process flows, fixtures, and tooling for new assemblies.
