This role will execute the development of Caterpillar’s advanced technology features including grade control, safety, productivity, remote control and autonomy. Starting with close alignment with commercial teams to understand the customer pain points for better managing their business, this role will clarify requirements for key features.
This position will then work across the divisions inside Caterpillar to drive the alignment, development, and cadence for delivering these features to the market. Individuals must demonstrate an understanding of customer financial impact, business judgement, ability to align multiple diverse teams, and a sense of urgency to deliver customer value. Candidates should possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering or demonstrate equivalent knowledge through professional expertise.
$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
