Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience developing custom designed optoelectronic active alignment equipment.
• Hands-on experience developing active aligner hardware and processes.
• Excellent project management skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and release in-house and outsourced active alignment equipment.
• Solve hardware and process issues with manufacturers.
• Oversee failure analysis of process-related issues.
