Job summary

The One 23 Group is seeking a Nuclear Planning and Execution System (NPES) Systems Administrator to sustain the Site-R NPES environment at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex, Blue Ridge Summit, PA. You will provide Tier I–III IT operations, patching, troubleshooting, and security compliance in a high-security DoD setting.

You will work with government and contractor teams, manage backups and storage, and ensure system availability while adhering to safety and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise Windows servers and clients.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex IT systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document findings and resolutions clearly.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Experience collaborating with government and contractor teams.
• Familiar with patching, security, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive systems administration for Site-R NPES environment, including installation, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
• Deliver Tier I–III technical support, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
• Administer Windows-based servers and classified client systems; support UNIX/Linux as needed.
• Apply patches, security updates, and system hardening per DoD/JSSC requirements.
• Manage backups, recovery, storage, and continuity operations.
• Support virtualization and MECM, DNS, and other government tools.
• Coordinate changes, testing, and documentation of system configurations.
• Develop and maintain technical/operational documentation per standards.
• Liaise with government and contractor stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain NPES readiness and adapt to evolving contract scope.
