Job summary

Vertiv Corporation in the United States seeks an NPDI Services Engineer, Switchgear & Busway, to plan and execute NPDI programs across complex customer environments, ensuring deployment readiness and scalable serviceability. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Service Operations and field teams to drive execution, manage risks, and align deployment strategies with service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong background with AC/DC power management systems and their deployment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or complex deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPDI initiatives managing risks and execution dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Interface with R&D and product management to implement serviceability specs in new products.
• Represent Services in design reviews and milestones to ensure deployment and field readiness.
• Own deployment readiness with validated procedures, tools, and trained teams.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Services, Operations and external stakeholders to remove roadblocks.
