Brown University Health is seeking an NPD Education Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate education across the continuum of care. The role emphasizes adult learning, competency management, onboarding, and professional development within a data‑driven culture.

You will lead education initiatives to align with regulatory standards and system priorities, while supporting certification and lifelong learning for nursing staff. Onsite work with potential system‑wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master’s in Nursing, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates learning needs through formal and informal assessments and provides just‑in‑time education.
• Collaborates with leaders to develop and deliver education programs aligned with learner needs.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates onboarding programs for new hires and role transitions.
• Defines and assesses clinical competencies to meet standards of care and regulatory requirements.
• Provides coaching and builds preceptor capacity to support professional development.
• Promotes evidence‑based practice and measures impact on clinical outcomes.
• Participates in quality improvement and system initiatives to standardize education.
