Job summary

CHRISTUS St. Vincent is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Pulmonary–Sleep Medicine team in Santa Fe. The role focuses on evaluating and treating sleep disorders in an outpatient setting, with collaboration across pulmonology and sleep medicine.

The position offers a 4-day work week, no inpatient duties, and use of EPIC EMR for streamlined workflows. A patient-centered approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner with active licensure.
• Experience in pulmonary, sleep medicine is a plus.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage sleep disorders.
• Coordinate sleep studies (in-lab and home testing).
• Manage PAP therapy and collaborate with DME partners.
• Provide follow-up care and long-term management.
• Collaborate with pulmonary and sleep physicians in a team-based outpatient setting.
