Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a per diem NP/PA to cover Pre Admission Screening clinics in Tyler, TX, supporting full-time APCs when they are out.

The ideal candidate will have TX licensure, prior NP/PA experience, and the ability to respond to needs as they arise, with local or nearby providers encouraged to apply. This role offers flexible scheduling and a chance to contribute to a large integrated health system.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state of TX or be eligible to be licensed
• NP/PA previous experience is required - new graduates will not be considered

Responsibilities

• Cover Pre Admission Screening clinics for APCs when they are out on PTO
• Be available on a regular basis to cover needs as they arise

Summary

This position will be a true PRN position, covering for the full-time APCs in our Pre Admission Surgery Screening clinics when they are out on PTO.

The NP/PA hired for this position would need to be available when needed on a regular basis.

There is no per diem or travel stipend, ideal for someone local or within reasonable driving distance to Tyler, TX.
