Qualifications

• CA NP or PA license is required in California.
• DE A certificate must be obtained prior to start date.
• EMR proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
• Patient volume is 18-20 on average.
• See patients of all ages, newborns to geriatric age.
• Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm.
