Job summary

MercyOne Davenport is seeking an Inpatient Behavioral Health NP/PA to join a 36-bed unit within an inpatient team. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday day hours (8am–4pm), one weekend per month, and a call schedule of 1–2 nights per week (one night 5pm–8am).

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available. The department works closely with nurses, social workers, case managers, and recreational therapists to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
