Job Description

Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision‑making skills. Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health‑care professionals. Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. Patients range from newborn to elderly.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of 5 MDs and 1 APP in a collaborative clinic practice setting.
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet frequently changing volumes and patient acuity.
• Maintain self‑confidence and manage change (experience a plus).
• Support a culture of compassion, work/life balance, respect, and collegiality with APC staff.
• Clinic hours, Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) or Bachelor’s/Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies (PA).
• Licensure: Current registered nurse licensure in the appropriate state (NP) or current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the appropriate state.
• Certification: Current CPR certification; national certification in applicable area.
• Must complete Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice.

Compensation

$116,147.20 – $162,614.40
