Aspirus Health in Duluth, Minnesota is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with Emergency Medicine experience to join our team at Aspirus St. Luke’s Hospital.

This full-time role offers 200 eight-hour shifts per year (1600 hours), a mix of day and evening hours (11:00am–7:00pm and 6:00pm–2:00am), Level 2 trauma center operations, and a collaborative team environment with physicians, APCs and RNs. Onboarding is tailored to your background and experience.

Job description

Aspirus Health is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with Emergency Medicine experience to join our team at Aspirus St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth, Minnesota.

Use your Emergency Medicine skills with the support of collaborative physician, APC, and RN partners.

OPPORTUNITY:

• Full-time, 200 8-hour shifts/year (1600 hours annually)
• Work a combination of:
  • 11:00am-7:00pm
  • 6:00pm-2:00am
• Level 2 trauma center, 27000-30,000 visits/year
• Excellent coordination of care with specialists and hospitalists
• In-house coverage includes stroke neurology, IR, trauma surgery, anesthesia, OB, and more
• Onboarding is tailored to provider’s background and level of experience, training for advanced procedures provided
• Prefer Emergency Medicine experience

$118,000/year. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
