The role emphasizes high-quality care, collaboration, and participation in performance-based incentives. ADEA license and Texas licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA is required.
• Current Texas NP or PA licensure is required.
• Valid DEA license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Experience caring for a Medicare-aged patient population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team.
• Provide NP/PA services to WellMed patients, focusing on geriatrics.
