Role Description This is a full-time, on-site NP/PA Aesthetic Injector role based in Carmel, IN. The clinician will perform comprehensive consultations, assess client goals and medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering injectable treatments such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers, performing other non-surgical aesthetic procedures, and monitoring client responses to treatments. The role involves educating clients on treatment options, post-care instructions, and long-term wellness strategies, while documenting care accurately and maintaining compliance with all clinical protocols. The NP/PA Aesthetic Injector will collaborate with the broader team to ensure a high standard of safety, client satisfaction, and consistent brand-aligned results. The NP/PA will also be responsible for over-seeing the department and providing Good Faith Evaluations to all patients.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Indiana, in good standing.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and safe administration of injectable aesthetic procedures.
• Knowledge of facial anatomy, contraindications, and complication management related to neuromodulators, fillers, and other aesthetic treatments.
• Strong client communication and counseling skills, with an ability to explain procedures, risks, and outcomes clearly and compassionately.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and remaining current with aesthetic and wellness trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment that includes aesthetics, salon, spa, and wellness professionals.
• High attention to detail, steady manual dexterity, and a strong focus on safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related fields is highly preferred; relevant training or certifications in injectables are a plus.
