Job summary

Drexel University in Center City, Philadelphia, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for the Partnership Program at 1427 Vine Street. You will perform independent evaluations for new patients and follow-up visits within a multidisciplinary team.

Main duties include patient history, exam, diagnosis and treatment planning, counseling, and timely EMR documentation with a focus on quality care and patient outcomes. 80% clinical care, 20% admin, on-site.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• National Board Certification as NP/Family Nurse Practitioner or PA.
• PA/NP license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical NP/PA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent patient evaluations for new and follow‑up visits.
• Develop diagnosis and management plans with appropriate tests.
• Counsel patients and families on treatment options and care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team for outcomes.
• Document visits in the EMR and ensure compliant records.
