Commonwealth-Medical-Services is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) or experienced NP/PA for a community clinic in Los Angeles, CA. The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no call, providing a stable work-life balance.

Physician compensation ranges from $250,000 to $325,000 annually with a Sign-On Bonus; NP/PA compensation ranges from $124,800 to $166,400 annually with a Sign-On Bonus.

Qualifications

• MD/DO candidates with Family Medicine experience.
• Minimum 3 years outpatient primary care experience.
• Highly independent and comfortable acting as the sole provider onsite.
• California license/eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope family medicine in a community-based clinic.
• See a typical panel of 16–18 patients per day.
• Serve as the sole onsite provider with two Medical Assistants.
• Adhere to a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM schedule with no nights, no weekends, no call.
