We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, working closely with Rehab in skilled nursing facilities in the Olympia area. M-F, days only, no weekend or call. RVU bonuses add to your earnings.

Compensation Structure Overview:

Our compensation model is based on an RVU (Relative Value Unit) structure, offering team members full autonomy over their schedules. You have the flexibility to work at your own pace while being rewarded for your efficiency and productivity. The more patients you see, the more RVUs you generateleading to higher earnings. This structure empowers you to manage your time independently while ensuring your efforts are directly reflected in your compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying and managing medical conditions under the supervision of a Physiatrist.
