This NP shall perform complete, detailed and accurate histories; as well as to review patient records to develop comprehensive medical status reports. Additionally, the NP will complete physical examinations; make diagnoses and institute therapy, including drug therapy. This individual will institute emergency measures and emergency treatment; arrange hospital admissions and discharges at the direction of the collaborating Physician. The NP may also be required to complete hospital rounds; provide instructions and guidance regarding medical care matters to patients. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.**Education / Experience**:Master of Science in Nursing degree required.
