BAS Healthcare in Lebanon, IN is seeking an experienced Acute Care Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the inpatient hospitalist team at Witham Health Services.

The APP will deliver comprehensive inpatient care in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, managing hospitalized patients across the full continuum of care — from admission through diagnosis, treatment, and safe discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (master's or doctorate) or an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Indiana
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care clinical experience
• Current national certification in relevant Advanced Practice specialty, with recent clinically related experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain prescriptive privileges, including a collaborative practice agreement with a designated physician submitted to the Indiana State Nursing Board
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage complex, high-acuity patients across a variety of clinical settings

Location: Lebanon, Indiana is the county seat of Boone County, located in central Indiana approximately 29 miles northwest of downtown Indianapolis.
