Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking nurse practitioners to perform in-home health assessments on a 1099 (contract) basis. You set your own schedule with no shifts assigned by others, handling pre-scheduled visits across multiple counties in your region.

Base rate is $80 per completed assessment with a tiered pay structure and potential bonuses for qualifying visits. No nights or weekends required, and travel may be reimbursed according to eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome – no minimum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-scheduled in-home health assessments using pre-populated patient forms.
• Complete visits with no treatment plans or follow-up calls; submit forms upon completion.
• Assess Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members.
• Manage travels across multiple counties within assigned region; travel with eligibility-based coverage.
