• Prior coaching or mentoring experience
• Clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics

Responsibilities

• Guide students through resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy
• Strengthen core clinical skills in patient care, treatment planning, and prescribing medications
• Host sessions virtually and set own hours and rates, partnering with the team to deliver high-quality support
