Diamond Accelerator in Baltimore, MD, seeks an experienced NP Aesthetic Injector for a part-time role with growth potential. You will perform injectable treatments, consult patients, and build your personal brand in a boutique setting with spa-like care.

The position offers a base of $60/hour with a performance bonus and a path to full-time as patient volume grows. Flexible scheduling and potential Medical Director duties are available.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland NP license.
• At least 2 years of Botox/neurotoxin and dermal filler experience.
• Advanced facial balancing experience strongly preferred.
• Able to begin treating patients with minimal ramp-up time.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
• Comfortable in a growing practice with fluctuating patient volume.
• Interest in developing a personal brand and loyal patient base.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Team-oriented, professional, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Provide safe, natural-looking, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations with in-house esthetician.
• Begin seeing patients with minimal ramp-up time.
• Grow your patient following through excellent care and social media presence.
• Collaborate with clinical team on education, referrals, and retention.
• Participate in laser training; laser cert not required to start.
• Potentially take on Medical Director duties with extra compensation.
