Are you passionate about volleyball and dedicated to helping young athletes grow? Join Gorin Sports Academy in Tukwila, WA as a Volleyball Coach and be part of a dynamic, high-energy sports community focused on development, teamwork, and excellence.

Projected Start Date: Fall 2025Our brand-new Tukwila facility is slated to open this fall—be among the first to join our growing volleyball program!

What You’ll Do:

️ Assist the Head Volleyball Coach in leading structured, high-energy training sessions and seasonal camps.

️ Coach athletes of various skill levels—from beginners to advanced players.

️ Run drills, skill development exercises, and team-building activities.

️ Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all athletes.

️ Offer constructive feedback to build players’ confidence and skills.

️ Help manage daily operations: equipment setup, breakdown, and overall court logistics.

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for volleyball and a strong desire to mentor young athletes.

Prior coaching experience or high-level playing background required.

Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Reliable, organized, and energetic coaching presence.

Ability to work evenings and weekends during the season, with flexibility for tournaments and camps.
