Job description

We are currently seeking part-time, work-from-home Call Center Representatives for our call center. Placement of hired candidates will depend on their overall qualifications, fit for the role, and business needs. We aim to position our employees for success from the start.

Position Details

Representatives will follow up with prospective homeowners regarding their home improvement needs.

Requirements

1. Strong listening skills, professional telephone manner, and tactful communication in a fast-paced environment.
2. Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed performance metrics.
3. Receptive to and quick to implement constructive feedback, with a desire for continuous improvement.
4. Ability to multitask: talking on the phone while using a computer for extended periods.
5. Above-average computer and typing skills; minimum 35 WPM.
6. Team player who collaborates well and enjoys helping others succeed.
7. Ability to commit to a set schedule.

Benefits

1. Competitive hourly wage with increases after 30 days, based on experience.
2. Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days, regardless of full-time or part-time status.

4. Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Additional Requirements

1. Residency in Mississippi.
2. Ability to work a fixed schedule.
3. Home Office & Computer Requirements:

   • Computer with Windows 10 or higher, at least 8 GB RAM, 2GHz processor.
   • Installation of MS Office or OpenOffice, and browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
   • Webcam for training and meetings.
   • Headset provided.
