We’re looking for experienced builders to join our growing team of Truss Assemblers! If you have a strong work ethic, experience with power tools, and a background in construction, carpentry, or similar hands-on trades, we want to hear from you.

Job Overview:

As a Truss Assembler, you will work in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment, assembling wood trusses using power tools and working from blueprints. This position requires reliable, safety-conscious individuals capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.

Available Shifts:

1st Shift:

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Saturday: Overtime as needed

2nd Shift:

• Monday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
• Friday: Overtime as needed

What You Need:

• Experience using power tools (mandatory)
• Background in construction, carpentry, or similar trades
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• A team-oriented mindset and strong attention to safety and detail
