Job summary

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, medication reminders, transport and errands, plus documenting care and following care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet state requirements.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and family.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required; EVV clock-in/out technology requires phone access.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Medication reminders and monitoring as directed.
• Assist with transportation and errands when needed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality.
• Follow care plans and supervisor instructions.

Requirements
