Position: Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Location: Waterbury, Connecticut
Schedule: Flexible shifts available – full-time, part-time, and per diem

Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Support mobility and transfers
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with light housekeeping and errands
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Previous caregiving experience (formal or informal) preferred
A heart for service and a calm, patient demeanor
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
PCA/HHA certification a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person
