ArangoHRS is hiring for 3rd Shift Machine Operators in San Marcos, CA (ZIP 92078). This full-time, long-term role offers a competitive hourly pay of $20.13, with a 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7:30 AM and weekly pay.

You will operate advanced machinery, perform inspections, and participate in real-time quality improvements. You’ll document data in Excel and JD Edwards, while maintaining a clean, safe work area and coordinating with Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
• Experience working with machinery preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse environment required.
• Reliability and strong attendance required.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate cutting-edge machinery to meet production goals
• Perform inspections and testing to ensure top-quality products
• Drive continuous quality improvements by participating in real-time analysis
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly
• Communicate with the Maintenance team to resolve any issues fast
• Collect and enter data into Excel and JD Edwards throughout your shift
• Keep your workspace spotless and safe, while being on the lookout for potential machine issues
