Preferred Care at Home of Sarasota is seeking experienced Live-In Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs for upcoming assignments in Venice, FL. Join a compassionate team and provide one-on-one care in clients' homes, building meaningful relationships and ensuring daily living activities are safely managed.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification or 40-hour HHA training certificate.
• Previous caregiving experience required; live-in experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a client's private residence.
• Ability to provide professional references.
• Availability for live-in assignments.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition.
• Communicate regularly with the office and care team.

Location: Venice, FL 34285 and surrounding areas

Position Type: Live-In Caregiver (CNA/HHA)

Schedule: Live-in assignment based on client needs. Specific schedules, rest periods, and compensation will be discussed before placement.
