Bay Climate Control and Refrigeration in Crestview, FL is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians to support our expanding customer base in the Destin area.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems, perform preventive maintenance, install new equipment, and deliver top-quality service while communicating clearly with customers. EPA certification and a valid driver's license are required, with competitive pay and full benefits.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Proven experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• EPA certification (required)
