Schedule & Hours

• Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
  • Pick-up: Client's home in Temecula
  • Drop-off: Palomar Health Rehabilitation Center 2181 Citracado Pkwy, Escondido, CA 92029
  • Approximately 45 minutes each way
  • Includes time waiting during appointments
  • Total: ~4 hours per day
• Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • Pick-up: Client's home in Temecula
  • Drop-off: Murrieta (exact address to be confirmed)
  • Total: 1-2 hours per day
• Frequency: 5 days per week
