Job summary

Akrostech Consulting in Naples, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Room. You will provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, perform triage and assessments, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to stabilize patients.

The role requires Florida RN licensure (or compact), BLS, and ER experience; BSN is preferred. ACLS/PALS may be required by the facility.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred/required per facility.
• ER/ED nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room team in Naples, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated ER nurse to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment while providing high-quality emergency care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
