TheKey is currently hiring caregivers to support clients in Forest, VA and surrounding areas, offering top pay and a $300 sign-on bonus. You will provide personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping in clients' homes.

Requirements include at least 1 year of caregiving experience, 18+, active CNA/NA/HHA/PCA certification, valid driver's license with insured vehicle, and TB clearance.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, NA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a insured vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X‑ray required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications
