Job summary

Assisting Hands Deerfield is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA to provide in-home support to elderly or disabled clients in Deerfield, IL. This role includes companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.

You must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to client homes, serving both male and female clients with respect and professionalism. Starting pay is $18.50/hr up to $22/hr, with flexible shifts and immediate start.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of caregiving experience required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to client homes.
• Comfortable assisting both male and female clients.
• Experience with personal care tasks required.
• No restrictions on type of care provided.

Responsibilities

• Companionship – conversation, games, and supervision.
• Personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting assistance.
• Light housekeeping in clients' homes.
• Meal preparation and feeding support as needed.
• Medication reminders and monitoring.
