Qualifications

• Florida HHA license in good standing is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification is required.
• Physical and negative TB skin test within the past 12 months.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and motor vehicle background check.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with varying mobility needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers.
• Provide companionship and support during daily activities.
• Accompany clients to grocery stores, doctor appointments, pharmacies, and other outings.
• Assist with mobility exercises according to the plan of care.
• Observe and document changes and notify the Director of Nursing.
• Provide care per the client's plan and maintain confidentiality.

What You’ll Do

As a Home Health Aide, you’ll provide compassionate, dependable care while helping clients maintain their comfort, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers

Provide companionship and support during daily activities

Accompany clients to grocery stores, doctor appointments, pharmacies, and other necessary outings

Assist with active and passive mobility exercises according to the client's plan of care

Observe and document changes in the client's condition and communicate them to the Director of Nursing

Provide care in accordance with the client's individualized plan of care

Maintain client privacy and confidentiality

What We’re Looking For

Valid Florida HHA license in good standing

High school diploma or GED

Valid CPR certification

Physical and negative TB skin test within the past 12 months

Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle

Ability to pass a drug screening and motor vehicle background check

Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements

Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply

Ability to safely stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist clients with varying mobility needs
