Job summary

Honeybee Hires is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join their clinic in Tracy, CA. This clinician-owned practice focuses on pediatric therapy, including literacy, myofunctional therapy, and feeding.

The role is in-person, with flexible part-time or full-time schedules, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You will evaluate and treat children, develop personalized therapy plans, and engage families to support carryover at home.

• Current or pending California SLP license.
• Interest in myofunctional therapy and feeding.
• Passion for treating the whole child, not just delays.
• Ability to work in-person in Tracy, CA.

Position Overview:

• $85-115k/yr depending on experience

• Evaluate and treat children with speech/language or feeding needs

• Develop creative, personalized therapy plans and track progress

• Collaborate closely with families and the multidisciplinary team

• Embrace new modalities like myofunctional therapy and literacy intervention

• Involve and educate the child's care team in their therapy program to encourage carryover in home
