Northern Taphouse, part of Lincoln Hospitality Group, seeks enthusiastic line cooks for full-time and part-time roles. You’ll craft great dishes, maintain quality, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.

We train the right candidate, offer competitive pay, paid training, and growth opportunities within the group while prioritizing teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Evening and weekend shifts are common, and reliability is valued in a busy taphouse environment.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
• Nights and weekends are preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized station and follow food-safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
