Job summary

CCS Fundraising is seeking a Consultant for the Northeast Region to partner with nonprofits on transformational fundraising programs. You will lead regional projects, apply strategic thinking, and communicate recommendations to diverse audiences across multiple campaigns.

The ideal candidate brings fundraising experience or transferable skills in consulting, communications, marketing, and strategic planning, with the ability to relocate regionally as needed.

• Excellent quantitative analytical skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, volunteers, donors, and prospective donors.
• Great storytelling skills and strong public speaking skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication clearly, concisely, and logically both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from inception to conclusion.
• Identify crux of problems and articulate strategies to diverse audiences.
• Engage with clients and donors to advance fundraising goals.
• Develop and deliver campaign materials and strategic plans.
• Travel for regional assignments may be required.
