Job summary

Herman N Logistics seeks a dedicated CDL-A Solo Driver for a Syracuse, NY hub. Earn an average of $1,700+ weekly with growth through mileage pay and a 3-month guaranteed pay after solo dispatch, plus $15 stop pay and performance bonuses.

Trainees welcome without endorsements, with pre-employment tox testing required. You will operate across the Northeast, including New England and Virginia, handling live loads/unloads, preloads, and drops.

Qualifications

• Open to trainees and experienced first-seat drivers with zero required endorsements.
• Mandatory pre-employment toxicology evaluations using hair follicle analysis and urinalysis testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate across Northeast states including New England and as far south as Virginia, serving multiple customers.
• Freight handling includes a mix of live loads, live unloads, preloads, and drop-and-hooks.
• Weekly Home Time with a dedicated planner to maximize production and miles.
• Schedule includes day and night shifts with weekend work required and flexible earned time off.
