Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Northeast Area Growth Lead for the Water Industry to drive strategic growth, sales planning, and client portfolio expansion from New England to Virginia. You will lead a cross-functional team and execute market strategies to achieve revenue goals.
The role requires strong leadership, deep market insight, and the ability to collaborate with the Area Leadership Team to align resources with investment priorities.
The Area Growth role is a leadership position that drives the strategic growth, business, and sales planning processes to drive sustainable revenue growth and profit for a designated area (geographic or market area or enterprise). This Area Growth Lead will manage the development of strategic growth plans and Client Growth Business Plans for client portfolios in the Northeast US (New England to Virginia) and will foster and maintain client relationships within that region.
The Area Growth Lead must possess an understanding of market drivers, competitive forces, and Brown and Caldwell’s (BC) brand in the geography and understand how each can create challenges or opportunities in achieving sales growth targets. This person will advance a client-focused sales culture while serving as a model for sales leadership.
The Area Growth Lead will also play a lead role in formulating and executing strategy for the Area’s sales program and will be managing a portfolio to contribute to the growth objectives of the Business Unit. The Area Growth Leader will be a key contributor and member of the Area Leadership team.
