MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a valid Indiana teaching license for the assigned grade levels and/or subject areas OR be eligible to obtain an alternative teaching credential. REPA/REPA 3 Licensure Options:

• Elementary Generalist K-6
• Early Childhood Education P-3
• Indiana's Early Literacy Endorsement requires teachers who teach retained grade 3 students to hold or be working toward the Early Literacy Endorsement to align with the science of reading standards for the 26-27 school year. This includes any Grade 3, MLL, Interventionist or Special Education Teacher that may work with retained grade 3 students.

Must possess knowledge of effective practices, including principles, theories, procedures, and techniques used in lesson plan development and classroom instruction.
