Job summary

HDR has an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced water industry professional to serve in a leadership position as our North Texas Drinking Water Treatment Team Lead. You will lead and grow the Drinking Water Treatment Team in North Texas and support the North Texas Drinking Water Treatment Business Class Lead.

You will work with the Water Business Group Manager and other leaders on technical and business development strategies for master planning through construction support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 7 years of water industry experience.
• TX PE or reciprocity preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leadership and growth of the Drinking Water Treatment Team in North Texas.
• Support projects in North Texas and collaborate with business and project leads.
• Lead and coordinate services with other teams and marketing efforts.
• Mentor staff, pursue opportunities, and manage client relationships.
• Ensure work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through project management processes.
• Contribute to HDR’s growth strategy and policy implementation.
