• Assess markets in Raleigh-Durham to identify growth opportunities aligned with Consigli's model.
• Lead client account planning and strategic relationships with architects, developers, owners, and OPMs.
• Guide Go/No-Go analyses and determine resource needs for proposals.
• Mentor junior teammates in BD and operations for long-term success.
• Attend industry events to expand Consigli's brand and client network.
• Maintain and update CRM with real-time opportunity status.
