Interns receive mentorship, participate in career development events, and gain hands-on experience while contributing to real projects. Interns must be full-time students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field and commit to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong collaborator who works well on a team.
• Willingness and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team while learning and being mentored by BGE employees.
• Attend specific events and training geared toward career development. Interns will participate in intern-specific activities in addition to normal work activities.
