Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a North America Supplier Planner in a hybrid role tied to a location in the United States. The role focuses on turning demand into feasible supply plans by forecasting, capacity planning, and collaborating across supply chain, product management, sourcing, and quality teams.

You will drive inventory optimization while ensuring customer commitments. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in supply chain planning, strong SAP/ERP experience, advanced Excel

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, purchasing, or related discipline.
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems, including planning and materials management functions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and within a global supply network.

As a North America Supplier Planner, you will play a critical role in aligning supplier capabilities with business demand, ensuring materials are available when needed while optimizing inventory and operational performance. You will collaborate across a global value chain, working with supply chain teams, suppliers, product management, sourcing, quality, and operations to create effective supply plans that support customer commitments and business growth. This is a hybrid role that can be tied to one of our locations.
