Job summary

RESRG Automotive seeks a Director of Quality for North America to lead quality strategy and performance across eight locations. This role reports to the VP of Operations NA and oversees QA and QC, ensuring exceptional product performance, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with automotive expertise, strong engineering background, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of proven quality leadership experience in automotive/manufacturing.
• Certifications such as ASQ CQE/CMQOE or Six Sigma Black Belt are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and elevate a best-in-class Quality Management System (QMS) for operational excellence.
• Drive compliance with IATF 16949 across North America locations.
• Lead strategic quality initiatives to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with plant leadership to set ambitious quality objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop quality leaders across locations to sustain best practices.
